BUDGET HEARING
NOVEMBER 18, 2010
The Budget Hearing was called to order by Chairman Steve Hackl at 7:30 p.m.
All of the board members were present including the clerk and treasurer. Guests included Robert Mory.

A proposed budget of $400,114.60 was presented which included a 2.592420 mill rate for the local levy bringing in revenue of $175,659.73. Assessed value of the town is $67,758,977.00 and equalized value is $78,249,300.00.
It was moved by Tom Oskey and seconded by Tom Wagner that the final budget, in the amount of $400,114.60, which includes anticipated grant revenue of $0.00, be adopted. Motion carried and approved.
A motion was made by Steve Hackl, seconded by Tom Oskey, carried and approved that the Budget Hearing adjourn at 7:50 p.m.

SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 18, 2010
The special town meeting for the purpose of setting the town tax levy was called to order by Chairman Steve Hackl at 7:51p.m. All members of the board were present including the clerk and treasurer. Guests included Robert Mory.
A motion was made by Tom Wagner and seconded by Tom Oskey to set the salaries at the following rates for the upcoming 2011 - 2012 term:
Chairman $5,504.68 for 2011/$5,669.82 for 2012 + $35.00 per meeting
Clerk $5,504.68 for 2011/$5,669.82 for 2012 + $35.00 per meeting
Treasurer $5,504.68 for 2011/$5,669.82 for 2012 + $35.00 per meeting
Supervisors $2,752.34 for 2011/$2,834.91 for 2012 + $35.00 per meeting
Constable $611.63 for 2011/$629.98 for 2012 + $30.00 per call
Mileage rate will be at approved federal rate.
Motion carried and approved. All in favor; 0 opposed; 0 abstained.
It was moved by Tom Wagner, seconded by Tom Oskey, carried and approved that the total highway expenditures for 2011 be set at $243,604.60.
Steve Hackl made a motion to accept the local levy rate to 2.592420/thousand, which generates $175,659.73 to support a total budget of $400,114.60. Tom Oskey seconded. Motion carried and approved.
The total mill rate for the town is 20.74071, but is reduced to 19.22338 after state credits of 1.51733.
Motion was made by Steve Hackl, seconded by Tom Oskey, carried and approved to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 p.m.
